Business Intelligence & Reporting Senior Analyst

As a founding member of BCG’s Business Intelligence and Analytics Hub, you will help kick-start a centralized global financial reporting and analytics service team. This hub will greatly enhance how our management engage in information required to manage the business. To date, the team has finalized the design of the hub and is in the process of the operationalization. Our management is fully bought into the vision and we are putting together the best-in-class analytics team to make it happen. You will be one of the core members to start this hub and contribute to its long-term vision.
While working closely with the senior BI&A experts, the Business Analyst will be responsible for executing analysis work related to financial reporting and analytics needs, using relevant data tools, reporting environment and dashboards for BCG. The role will involve a rotation program with an opportunity to do stints across various areas of finance. The Analyst will spend significant… time navigating finance data to support senior management decision making across the globe.

Work Management, organization, and planning

• Strong Organizational skills and process management skills
• Ability to contribute to multiple work streams at once and prioritize efforts accordingly. Demonstrated ability to drive projects to scheduled conclusion
• Familiarity or willingness to work on Agile methodology will be a plus


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting, Information Systems, or Economics
• Sound analytical and reporting skills combined with excellent communication skills; written and oral
• Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all levels, preferably in a professional services organization
• Basic finance knowledge of financials statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, etc. is preferred
• Advanced computer literacy
o Experience with and exposure to data analytics and business intelligence tools e.g. SAP Business objects, Power BI, Tableau; writing queries, building reports, and diagnosing issues
o Prefer experience with Oracle applications such as Oracle Financials, HFM, Hyperion Planning
