Sunbaby is looking for customer relationship managers to help the company build long-lasting relationships with clients. The job and involves coordination between the salespersons and the customers , Creating sales forecast, monitoring the pipeline of sales growth.

The job also involves social branding which means to promote the brand Sunbaby and its presence on several social media platforms. This will also mean that the CRM needs to respond to the questionnaire and evaluate the response from social media campaigns, monitor customers/consumers online activity and driving the business value from this data..

The CRM will be responsible for creating a data-based insights which would be resulting from numerous marketing campaigns and which need to be measured in figures and get reflected in various charts and diagrams. This would be necessary for a more efficient and effective campaign budget allocation and resource adjustment. It will also mean to track conversions resulting from… certain marketing activities and campaigns and to do well determine which campaign brings out the best or why & which campaign needs to be carried on further
