About the Role –

As an Executive, you would be responsible for –
• Should be efficient in handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer queries, demonstrating right product structure to the registered & non-registered users.
• Converting them into paid users, establishing & maintaining interpersonal relationships with the registered & paid users and generating references
• Guiding registered users for making payments & other access issues
• Updating about new course launch or any upcoming online events, proper documentation of the registered, Paid & Unregistered… users.

Skills Required:
• Basic understanding of stock and financial markets, sales skills, active listener, active learner, good speaker
• Compassionate in telephonic calls, good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge, ambitious in achieving targets
• Experience : 2 – 4 years
• Job Location : Kolkata
• Education : Graduate / Post Graduate
