RealCoderZ is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for creating content for the company’s marketing collateral, social media, and web pages while managing public presentation and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for revisions and updates of the company website

Oversee company social media accounts/pages, ensuring proper portrayal of brand’s image and tone

Work closely with the digital marketing team to create engaging and SEO friendly content for website and social media

Utilize creative design, graphics content, and writing skills for clients

Lead and Manage the execution of CRM marketing initiative to optimize quality leads

Experienced in Ad Campaigns on Google & social media websites

Ensure lead follow-up tasks created, tracked, and completed on time

Assist management team with analyzing metrics to continue to improve marketing results

Perform other work-related duties, as assigned

Required Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s… Degree Related to Marketing, Business or English

6-8 years of digital marketing experience required

Experience working with CRM and automations preferred

Excellent in Microsoft Office, Google Ads, major social media, and digital marketing platforms

Excellent communication skills

Creativity with strong organizational skills

Highly independent, proactive, and motivated self-starter
