Job Title Manager/ Sr. manager (Paint Shop)

Location Faridabad

Education Diploma/ B. Tech

Work Experience 12 – 15 years of experience in ABS Paint Shop, Plastic Part Paint Shop.

Roles amp; Responsibilities:
• Planning for Manpower, Machine Review Production Target.
• Should have exposure of ABS/ Manual Spray Paint shop.
• Good hands on experience of paint quality, quantity amp; rejection control.
• Responsible for achieving and controlling daily production activity OEE analysis.
• Must have exposure of Paint on Plastic Parts.
• Good exposure of Manpower handling on floor amp; shift planning.
• Responsible to continuously reduce the rejection PPM of in-house.
• Exposure of IATF: 16949 documentation is added advantage.

• Should have at least 3 to 4 year exposure of department… lead.
