Store Manager

WORKIE Consultancy

Job Responsibility (Experience in retail store is mandatory atleast 6 year)

(Only from fashion background or Apparels will be considered.)

1.Is responsible for maintaining the store in order to ensure residents and

visitors have access to necessary supplies and accommodations.

2.Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining

employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

3. Maintain customer service standards and facilities.

4. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing reports

with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to

understand service requirements.

5. Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display

plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.

6.Coordinate with the team to close the sale.

7.Maintain stock, supplies and inventories, Take inventory Order groceries and


8. Secures merchandise by implementing… security systems and maintain

9. Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial

statements and departmental sales records

10. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program.

Education- Graduate in any stream.

Experience- 6 year experience in retail stores (Mandatory).
