The WildCat Studios is a startup game development studio based in Ahmedabad, India. Run by passionate gamers, we aim to design and develop top quality games that are engaging and fun. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Unity Developer to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be a clear thinker with excellent analysis, problem solving & communication skills. You will have the ability to think with a creative mind set, always looking for a better way to code and a hunger to learn and grow.

Your role:

• Strong knowledge in Unity and C#

• Ability to transform communicated ideas into working prototypes

• Integrating 3rd party SDK’s & plug-ins like Facebook, admob, ironsource, apps flyer etc

• Analysing performance and optimising code across a range of devices and platforms.

• Deliver high quality and well-structured code

• Updating Libraries as and when required and making the current/previous games compatible.

• Level building

• Rapid… Prototyping

• UI designing, Character Animations will be an added plus

• Design, architect and implement game features

• Take an active part in game creation and design

• Understanding of all major development processes in the game-making pipeline, including scene setup, animation imports and blending, and sound effects.

• Passionate about games development

• Ability to look out for trends and suggesting refreshing game ideas will be an added plus

Skills:

• 0 – 1 years of experience

• Strong coding skills with C# with a deep understanding of object-orientated programming.

• Good knowledge of Unity to create both 2D and 3D games

• A portfolio of personal game development projects

• Knowledge of Unity’s UI system

• Experience with touch inputs on mobile devices

• Knowledge of Xcode publishing

• Porting to both Android and iOS

• Excellent communication skills.

• A passion for making mobile games and exploring new ways of making games.

• Creative with a good eye for detail.

• You have a deep technical understanding and a passion for games.

Bonus Points:

• Developing shaders, particle systems and custom effects.

Job location: Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
